This bar & kitchen is located off restaurant row in Dr. Phillips, serving modern American fare in a clean, elevated sports bar ambiance. From syrups concocted in their cocktails, to the soups simmering on their stoves, American Social (AMSO) takes pride in their scratch kitchen. Take a sight of our bites!
🧆 Hummus
This vegetarian dish is composed of traditional hummus topped with olives and pine nut relish for a nutty aroma, served alongside colorful crudités and pita for dipping. The pimiento adds a sweeter pepper flavor without a kick of heat.
🌮 Tacos
The Ropa Vieja Tacos are filled with braised beef brisket that holds a tender texture, atop flour tortillas. The meat is topped with corn, spicy mayo, cotija cheese, and a pepper medley that emphasizes sweetness instead of heat to bring out the beef’s savory flavor.
🧀 Mac & Cheese
This classic American dish is satisfying for people of all ages, utilizing gemelli pasta and customizable incorporations, from fried chicken, braised beef, to broccolini for a vegetarian bite. The melted cheese trio is produced from smoked gouda, American, and pecorino cheeses.
🍨 Dessert
The Sassy Brownie has a brookie-like texture, with a marble of brownie batters. Various nuts provide a crunch of texture, while a vanilla ice cream topping provides a warm-cold sensation. A drizzle of chocolate and caramel syrup make the dessert that much more indulgent.
Through these unprecedented times, the restaurant team is wearing masks, while providing an outdoor seating option for guests looking to get fresh air alongside their meal.
AMSO hosts Burger Mondays, boasting “Burgers, Bourbons & Beats,” with an exclusive burger menu alongside bourbon and whiskey specials. Enjoy bottomless tacos on their Taco Tuesdays, paired with tequila deals that include & Patrón cocktails.
Catch their Social Hour from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. during the week, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, and 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Sundays. Guests can enjoy $4 house wines and select draft beers. With quality dishes and cute cocktails, their Social Hour is sizzling!
