Bonefish Grill’s Golden 75 is their twist on the French 75, in partnership with Bourbon & Boweties. This Tampa jewelry line features hand-crafted products, where visitors can receive an exclusively designed bracelet alongside their martini. The drink is an amalgamation of Grey Goose, St. Germain, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup. It’s topped with sparkling wine and rimmed with gold sugar!

The Winter White Cosmo is a seasonal cocktail that will brighten up your taste buds. It’s vodka-based, mixed with orange and elder flower liqueur, as well as a secret ingredient juice! The Smoked Old Fashion is a flashy drink choice, served in a smoked treasure chest that provides an oak flavor to the bourbon whiskey.

🦞 Lobster Tail

The Imperial Lobster Tail dish serves a slice of the ocean, featuring 6 oz. of lobster tail, blended with shrimp, scallops, and crab meat. It’s incorporated with a 5 cheese-based sour cream and broiled in the oven and drizzled with a lemon butter caper sauce.

🥦 Brussels Sprouts

This side dish offers a hearty texture with a satisfying, salty flavor. The brussels sprouts are crispy, and tossed with bits of ham for a savory taste. The melted cheese is gooey, and smooths out the texture while marrying the brussels sprouts and ham.

🐟 Salmon

The Cranberry-Chutney Atlantic Salmon is their play on a Thanksgiving Feast, with the focal point of the dish being cranberry sauce. The tart taste serves holiday vibes, balanced by the cream. A bed of bacon pecan stuffing further conveys the seasonal, festive flavors.

Their Banana Foster is the perfect grand finale to your dining experience. The dessert features heaping scoops of vanilla ice cream sandwiched and baked banana, atop a deep-fried tortilla to offer a crisp of texture to the smooth ice cream and banana. The in-house caramel sauce is butter-based with brown sugar and bananas folded in. It’s balanced by the warm taste of the traditional rum sauce.
