🌿 Vegan Chimichurri
The F.U. Filet Mignon is derived from 100% plants, including 25 grams of protein and free of GMO’s. The steak is composed of ingredients that include salt, coconut oil, soy, and wheat. The texture is comparable to juicy roast beef, as the shreds tenderly break apart when cutting. The chimichurri sauce brightens the grilled, savory taste while adding a depth of herbaceous flavor.
🍄 Peppercorn Steak
The plant-based steak utilizes a solid state fermentation that incorporates B12 and iron for vegans who need to supplement these vitamins and minerals into their diet. The peppercorn sauce holds a light, creamy texture, adding moisture to the steak. The sauce holds a savory flavor, with mushrooms providing a subtle woodsy, umami taste.
