“Florida is our home base, First Watch grew up in Orlando,” clarifies Gina Merianos, Regional marketing Manager for First Watch, “Though we’re a chain, each location may have a slightly different feel to reflect the respective communities.”

With 15 locations in Orlando, First Watch strives to be a neighborhood breakfast & brunch restaurant through each locations’ involvement with schools and community functions. They highlight healthfulness in their brunch fare, with the absence of heat lamps, microwaves or deep fryers to ensure the brand’s dedication to freshness.

To ensure a work-life balance, First Watch is closed during the evenings so team members can be home for dinner. Through this philosophy, the company didn’t initially serve alcohol upon inception.

However, brunch has recently became a boozy phenomenon across the country, so all First Watch locations in Orlando are now serving a carefully curated bar menu that emphasizes quality ingredients instead of sugary syrups. Their alcoholic health juices are concocted with freshly squeezed vegetables and fruits, from kale to fuji apples.

From their Purple Haze drink that holds a floral sweetness from butterfly pea flower tea and lavender, to their Kale Tonic that incorporates healthy vegetables and fruit, their drinks pair perfectly with their brunch fare. Take a sight of our bites!
