🥪 Sandwich
This vegetarian sandwich utilizes whole grain bread, loaded with a medley of avocado, tomato, and red onion that hold a bright freshness. The alfalfa sprouts add a nutty flavor, amplified by the crunch of roasted almonds. The spicy hummus is mild, holding just a hint of heat for smooth bites.
🍲 Bowls
The Tex Mex bowl illustrates its theme through a chipotle-lime vinaigrette that serves a smokey tartness. Wild rice, quinoa, avocado, corn, pico de gallo, kidney beans, kale, and jack cheese offer a variety of textures and flavors. The Marketable Vegetable Medley also utilizes a bed of wild rice and quinoa, accompanied by cauliflower rice with customizable veggie toppings, i.e. Brussels sprouts, sweet potato, and carrots.
🌯 Wrap
This wrap is stuffed with falafel for a savory, yet herbaceous flavor, capitalized by snow pea shoots and raw sunflower seeds for texture. Tomato and avocado provide freshness, accented by the tang of pickled chili, onions, and lemon tahini that provides a slight tartness.
🍓 Açaí
This bowl-sized cup features a bed of frozen açaí, topped with coconut flakes for additional sweetness. Roasted almonds provide a slight crunch, while blueberries and strawberries deliver a dessert-sweet tartness.
