The smokehouse brand is gearing up for the Summer season by releasing new menu items, alongside events and giveaways in celebration of their 10-Year Anniversary. The Endless Summer of BBQ is honoring:
Memorial Day, May 27: Free Classic Sandwich for Military, Veterans, and First Responders
Brisket Day, May 28th: The first 100 guests at each location will receive a Free Brisket Sandwich Card
Independence Day, July 4: Free Classic Sandwich for Military, Veterans, and First Responders

sneak peek of the new “Endless Summer of BBQ” menu items:
4R Footlong
An exaggerated form of the classic hot dog, this menu item features a foot-long loaded with pulled pork, melted cheddar, coleslaw, and 4R Signature Sauce.
Baby Back Ribs
The Peach Habanero Sauce adds a sweet, unique flavor to the BBQ ribs. The meat is also satisfyingly tender! Pictured alongside the ribs are Taco Cones, found at the 4R Cantina Truck at Disney Springs.
Tangy Thai Salad
I enjoyed the Thai vinaigrette alongside protein-rich chickpeas, toasted sliced almonds, and julienned cabbage atop a tender kale spring mix.
S’Mores Cupcake
This cute treat amalgamates the nostalgic s’mores snack and the classic cupcake. The frosting is fluffy with a marshmallow taste. Graham cracker crumbs add some texture to the smooth dessert.
Dessert Surprise
John Rivers, 4R Restaurant Group Founder/CEO, unveiled a surprise dessert menu that adds a twist to a classic American dessert: pie pops! These decadent bites feature peanut butter and key lime pie flavors. They’re served cold with a thin chocolate coating, and taste smooth inside. The Oreo Ice Cream Taco is another menu addition, sporting an Oreo taco shell with ice cream inside, then dipped in chocolate. These will be available at the 4R Cantina Truck at Disney Springs this Summer.

With fun giveaways and events, The Endless Summer of BBQ also serves a larger purpose. A percentage of 4Roots Salads sales will be contributed back to the 4Roots Farm.
