🥨 Fall Sampler
This Bavarian-inspired sampler delivers the autumn vibes with a jalapeno cheddar sausage that holds a smokey taste. The pretzel bones are fluffy, while the Sam Adams Octoberfest Cheese Dip has a distinct beer taste. The housemade pork rinds has a slight spice with a satisfying crunch.
🍗 Jäger Wings
These wings are doused in Jägermeister (what I call deer blood) that adds complex licorice notes to the BBQ sauce. The additional herbs and spices carries the flavors, emphasizing the savory taste of the wings.
🍔 Veggie Burger
Though this smokehouse specializes in BBQ, they also offer meatless options upon request, such as the Good Seed Veggie Burger. The patty is packed with chia and hemp seeds, sprouted grains, and spices, served Falafel style with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles and topped with a garlic mayo and touch of sriracha.
🥩 NY Strip
This USDA prime New York strip is served bone-in, allowing for a tender and juicy texture near the bone. The edge fat emphasizes the juicy flavors of each smooth bite. The meat is served alongside mashed potatoes topped with gravy, as well as vegetables.
