“The community here is very open, out and excited,” says Shelby, the Assistant General Manager at Little Greek Fresh Grill’s SoDo location, “it’s a lot different than the Tampa locations.”

This fast casual shop offers Greek food with an American twist, making Mediterranean accessible for quick lunches and takeout. The menu items feel homemade, with pastries and gyro meat sourced from Tarpon Springs, known for their enriched Greek community.
