๐ฆ Cheerful Chimichurri at Paradiso 37 in Disney Springs
โWhen guests come in, we want them to learn about the 37 different countries of North, Central, and South America,โ explains Joseph Gonzales, Operation Manager of Paradiso 37. This Latin restaurant is tucked in Disney Springs, serviced by a diverse team of both Spanish and Portuguese members.
Colorful walls and complimentary decor set a happy environment with smiling energy, emphasized by Latin music that fills the restaurant. Though their menu is currently limited due to the global situation, they normally offer an array of diverse tastes from across the globe. Take a sight of our bites!
๐ฅ Empanadas
These beef-filled bites hold a savory flavor, complimented by the light crunch of the fried artisan pastry shell. Itโs served alongside sour cream for those who want to balance out the salty taste.
๐ฅฉ Skirt Steak
This char-grilled 10 oz. has a juicy, savory taste, emphasized by the sweetness of the caramelized onions. The Chimichurri adds a fresh zest to each bite.
๐ Veggie Burger
Though itโs hidden by fresh lettuce, the Veggie burger is composed of a plant-based patty topped with fresh vegetables slices. The brioche bun has a fluffy texture, garnished with a sliced pickle. *Tip: Drown the patty in the chipotle aioli to add a flavorful tang to the simple burger.
๐ Salmon
This seared salmon filet holds a buttery smooth texture while being fully cooked. The wooden bed is an aesthetic touch, served alongside cilantro rice and grilled lemon for a citrusy tang.
๐ซ Churro Dip
This classic dessert item features over-the-top plating, with a tower of dangling churros. Each rounded churro stick has a crisp exterior, complimented by the sweet chocolate and dulce de leche dip.
๐ฅฎ Pineapple Cake
The pineapple upside-down cake is served warm, coated in a subtly sweet caramel, and topped with ice cream for a hot-cold sensation.
Through these unprecedented times, the restaurant has taken several precautions, with sanitizer bottles placed in several areas, and socially-distanced seats and tables. I encourage guests to wear a mask upon arrival, and taken off when eating.
South Orlando is home to authentic, Latin cuisine, and Paradiso 37 illustrates that in a tourist-heavy area. Though the menu is limited through this new normal, the restaurant strives to offer a diverse amount of tastes that portray the Americas.
โWe want our guests to understand our culture and what we stand for.โ says Joseph.
