🐦 Bright Breakfast Benedicts at TooJay's

“I want to take care of my team as much as I want to take care of my guests,” says says Robin Alejandro, General Manager of TooJay's.

This deli-style restaurant in Dr. Phillips is implementing sanitary precautions in re-opening. A team member is designated to clean commonly-touched areas, while the host opens and closes the door upon arrival for contactless entry. The tables are social-distanced, and paper menus are provided for single-use skimming.

Though the serving methods have changed, their food remains tasty, making for a solid breakfast! Take a peek at our eats:

🥣 Appetizer

The beer-battered onion rings have a salty crunch, balanced by the creamy remoulade sauce. The chicken noodle soup is a southern-comfort classic, filled with chicken, and carrots.

🍳 Salmon Benedict

This dish features smoked Nova salmon for a savory bite, freshened by sliced tomato, red onion, and capers. The poached eggs deliver #YolkPorn to complete your breakfast.

🥩 Sirloin Bowl

The Black and Bleu Chopped Sirloin Bowl features steak smothered with rich balsamic caramelized red onions, atop mashed potatoes. The gorgonzola adds sharpness, garnished by fresh chopped green onions.

🍰 Carrot Cake

The bakery is an eye-catching element to the restaurant with delicious cakes on display. This cake is moist, and rich in carrots, sweetened by layers of delectable cream cheese icing.
