This dessert concept originated as a festival product, being served as a pop-up alongside special events. The puff company progressed to a food truck, then a brick & mortar store within 4 years. The Florida Mall shop is the first location in the U.S., serving Orlando a healthier alternative to doughnuts.

Their flagship product is yeast-risen puffs that have a crispy exterior with an airy interior. Each bite is light, making it feel more pleasant than overly indulgent doughnuts with a cake-like texture. The puffs are also vegan, making it dairy- and egg-free! Visitors’ personalities and taste preferences shine through their topping choices, which range from sweet syrups to colorful cereals.

The bold coffee products provide a balance to their sweet treats, utilizing black coffee by illy, a trusted Italian brand that’s been roasting since the 40’s. You can also sip on sweet coffee concoctions with their different frappé latté options, such as their mocha drink that utilizes chocolate syrup drizzle. Alongside the coffee are milkshakes with various flavors, including blueberry and Oreos.

Their soft serve menu items provide dramatic toppings without being too over-the-top. The Le Choco Croc-pop features vanilla icecream with a milk chocolate shell, topped with caramel popcorn and pretzels for a sweet-salty combination.

This menu option delivers the best of both worlds, including their vanilla soft serve in tandem with their staple puff pastries. The ice cream and puff pastries provide a hot-cold sensation to your dessert. The adorable presentation conceptually portrays Teddy Graham bears hiking up an ice cream mountain.
