“We’re inspired to do better,” says Chastity Harvey, Executive Chef at Oviedo Brewing Co., “We throw in a more conscious flavor profile to your average elevated-bar food.” Oviedo Brewing Co. started out as an idea 4 years ago from Vishal Chunilal, a local home-brewer at the time. Since then, he’s cultivated his idea into a brick & mortar business.

🧀 Oviedo Nachos
This plate features house-cooked kettle chips, topped with blonde and cotija cheese, bacon, pico, fire-roasted poblano peppers, and jalapeños. The diced carne is a medley of fillet, rib eye, flank, and skirt steak for a meatier steakhouse feel.
🍔 Hungry Man
This burger encompasses a chuck patty topped with brisket, and drizzled with bacon jam and beer cheese. The bed of arugula and kale cut the sweetness and richness with a slight bitterness, making it a balanced burger.
🍕 Pizza
This plate utilizes vegan dough and vegan marinara that takes 8.5 hours to prepare, including a mix of crushed tomatoes, basil, and pesto. This pizza can be served meatless, making it a hearty vegan menu item.
🥖 Beignets
This dessert offers pieces of pizza dough, tossed in powdered sugar, similar to the beignets in Nola. To reflect traditional Louisiana vibes, the bites are served in a brown bag.
You can catch Happy Hour during the week from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., offering reduced prices on select pints and plates. Their infamous Taco Tuesday’s feature drool-worthy tacos, from bison to saucy steak. Vegan and vegetarian tacos are available for those with a particular diet.
