🍢 Kofte
This platter includes Kofte composed of beef and lamb, flavored with a medley of onions, spices, and herbs. The meat on this made-from-scratch plate is marinated for 2 days. It’s served alongside a house salad, which offers moisture between meaty bites.
🧀 Börek
This Turkish cheese Börek includes melted feta and mozarella, delivering a satisfying #CheesePull. The parsley brightens the fried, salty bite. In Turkey, this finger-food is known as a “Cigar” Börek because it’s rolled like a cigar when prepared.
🌯 Döner Kebab
This gyro features thinly-sliced layers of grilled meat that’s marinated for two days. The Döner uses a traditional bread, not made from American phyllo dough.
🍛 Bulgur
The Bulgur pilaf is tossed in a tomato paste, and seasoned with sumac spice for a traditional Turkish taste.
🍖 Lamb Kebob
100% lamb meat is the focal point of this Döner Kebob, as it’s grilled with spices that balance out the smell. This dish doesn’t opt for mutton, so it’s more tender than gamey.
🥮 Lokum
This Turkish Delight is pistachio-based, pairing extremely well with their finely-ground, Turkish coffee. The bitterness of the brew is balanced out with the sweetness of the Lokum.
This spot is perfect for lunch breaks or quick dinners, open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the week, while closing earlier on weekends. Their lunch special features $7 combo’s that are normally $10. They’re also accommodating of several diets, serving vegan options. This would be a charming catering option for meetings or events!
