🌊 Purple Ocean Presents Pretty Pitaya & Acai
Originally known as the trendy truck in the Ivanhoe area, Purple Ocean has expanded its presence into an outdoor area of Florida Mall. This açaí joint was originally established in 2016, though opened up a new home outside of the mall entrance in august 2018.
It’s outdoor setting capitalizes on Florida’s sunshiny vibe, with chic seating and plant accents for greenery. Fruit bowls and light grain waffles provide visitors with a healthier food option right outside the food court. Their focus is to bring clean bites through superfoods, educating the diverse demographic of Florida Mall’s visitors on health-conscious eats.

🥝 Combate
This bowl features açaí and pitaya topped with bananas and kiwi. The drizzle of almond butter makes the bowl feel heartier, alongside coconut oil and agave for sweetness. Hemp seeds and almond slices add a crunch of texture.
🧇 Ocean Park
This waffle is topped with açaí and coconut oil, sprinkled with blueberries and served alongside banana slices and strawberries. Further sweetness is added with powered sugar and agave.
🍌 Guilligans
This waffle also includes a scoop of açaí and coconut oil. The drizzle of almond butter adds a thickness to each bite, alongside bananas, powdered sugar and honey.
🍓 Survivor
This bowl is loaded with açaí and pitaya, topped with granola and coconut oil. The medley of fruit includes bananas, strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, kiwis, and pineapples. The texture is accented with chia seeds, coconut flakes and honey for additional sweetness.
