“There’s nowhere else in the area that serves wine in a keg,” mentions Kiley, Front-of-House Key at Sixty Vines, “it’s a fun, new concept to bring to the area.”
Sixty Vines is a new concept in Winter Park, named 60 Vines for their 60 wines on tap. It has a bright, breezy aesthetic with a southern vibe. The keg system emphasizes sustainability, where each keg is equivalent to ~26 bottles of wine that would’ve ended up in landfill. The water glasses are also recycled from wine bottles.

🥣 Hummus
The red beet hummus holds a subtle earthy flavor, balanced by the lightness of the edamame hummus. Crisp flatbreads serve as a soft dipper with a slight crunch.
🍷 Bottled Wine
The kit is served with a bottle of wine, freshly tapped from a keg. An adorably humorous label is stringed around the bottled, while holding details like “Pairs well with Disney+.”
🥬 Brussel Sprouts
This flavorful dish features a medley of cashews and roasted brussel sprouts that provided a smokey crunch. The Kung Pao vinaigrette adds a slight tang.
🍖 Pork Chop
The pork chops are generously-sized, serving a salty, savory bite. The meat is fully cooked through, but still maintains a slightly juicy bite.
