This wine country-inspired restaurant holds a breezy aesthetic with a clean, Southern ambiance. Their focus on sustainability is illustrated through their 60 wines on tap, where keg distribution saves nearly 2,300 pounds from going into landfill. The kegs not only leave a smaller carbon footprint, but allows their wines to stay fresh longer.

🧀 Charcuterie
The artisan cured meats include salumi and prosciutto for a savory bite. The gouda cheese is served hard, contrasted by the creamy, house-made ricotta topped with cracked black pepper and the lavender-infused goat cheese. Candied dates and marinated olives add additional flavor profiles to the board.

The Orecchiette Primavera is composed of primavera vegetables, spinach, tomatoes. The salty, creamy taste is produced by the pecorino romano alongside the pesto butter. The restaurant utilizes Trevi pasta, supporting the local Orlando talent.

The pork chop’s cook leans toward the medium side, though still maintains a tender texture. The bed of roasted tri-color carrots add visual interest and a slight crunch to the dish. The sage brown butter and pistachio & peppadew romesco add a creamy earthiness.

The Deviled Affogato features devils’ food cake for an indulgent, chocolatey bite. The salted caramel ice cream and coffee caramel amplifies the sweetness, though balanced by a shot of nitro cold brew. The coffee beans are sourced from Foxtail, demonstrating local support.

For those looking to dine in, the menus are touch-free and single use with 6 foot markers placed on the floor. Tables are rearranged to ensure 6 foot distance between parties, with outdoor seating available.
