“When you enjoy cooking, it’s more than an art,” says Sarjan, Founder of Tabla Cuisine, “whatever I do, I do it from my heart.” Originally from India, Sarjan opened Tabla over 10 years ago, and grew the restaurant into what it is today, expanding into Winter Park.

The Orlando location off Grand National Drive is attached to Clarion Inn & Suites, serving Indo-Chino cuisine with Indian, Chinese, and Thai flavors. Take a peek at our eats!

🥟 Palak Ke Phool

These flower-shaped pastries have a cheesy bite, stuffed with creamed spinach and feta. The Indian spices add additional aromatics, complimented by the flavored chutney dips, which include sweet mango & date, refreshing mint, and tangy tamarind.

🐐 Dal Ghosht

This dish features bone-in goat that’s cooked through, but still maintains a juicy texture. It’s cooked with black lentils for a slightly earthy taste, and sweetened by an onion-tomato masala. A touch of cream smoothes out the texture.

🍛 Tikka Masala

The tomato-coriander sauce in the Chicken Tikka Masala dish is savory, but holds a slight sweetness. The bell peppers and onions bring more flavor to the dish, complimented by the additional texture from the bed of basmati rice.

🍫 Samosa

This dessert features a familiar bite with a sweet twist: a samosa stuffed with slightly-melted chocolate chips. This sweetly fried dish is normally served alongside a masala chai latte ice cream.
