🐻 Tresors de Macaron Masters Magnificent Macarons

“Macarons taught me to be relentless; when I initially started making them, they kept coming out wrong but I just wouldn’t quit,” says Beverly Toranzo, owner of Tresors de Macaron, “After long days of experimenting, I’ve finally mastered the art of making the perfect macaron.”

This talented baker started her company in August of 2018, but has been making macarons for about three years. She initially gifted them to family, friends, and teachers, but quickly realized the joy it brought when people took a bite. Friends and family encouraged her to start a business, catalyzing the creation of Tresors de Macaron. Beverly realized that her macaron-making was a talent and sought to share it with others.

Beverly’s macarons illustrate her creativity, such as these bear-shaped bites. Tresors de Macarons offers classic macaron flavors to provide an authentic French experience. These include strawberry, lemon, lavender, raspberry, and chocolate. Beverly occasionally offers a “Flavor of The Month,” to keep the selection exciting.

This Pikachu macaron tastes just as amazing as it looks. The natural lemon flavor provides a sweet zest without being overwhelming or too acidic. The artful nature of Beverly’s macaron-making is evident with the first bite: the crisp macaron shell encases a smooth, soft inside that feels like velvet. The natural flavored filling offers additional moisture and flavor to the macaron shell as it’s setting.

Beverly hopes to keep growing in the Orlando community with a focus on parties and private events. Her custom, small-batch orders start from five macarons. She strives to provide an affordable macaron experience to Orlando residents that’s tailored for each customer.

“What I love the most about macarons is how they make people feel when they taste it,” mentions Beverly, “It’s a joyful gift that makes people smile. I want everyone to experience that!”
