“As servers, we want to create a bond with our customers,” clarifies Kellan, Manager of Vinzo’s Italian Grill tucked in Casselberry, “We’re heavy on take out, but we encourage people to dine in.” This family-owned restaurant has been open for over 20 years, previously known as Italian Village. They’ve re-branded after moving to a bigger space about 7 years ago. Their numerous pizza specials and coupons are the main drivers of their delivery orders. Though the location is difficult to find because of the angled highway and overpass, guests are encouraged to dine in for a friendly, safe environment.

This salad dish was loaded with a variety of meat, including ham, Genoa salami, pepperoni, and prosciutto. The pepperoncini peppers bring a spicy aroma, balanced by the sharp flavor of the provolone.
