This dish features mussels swimming in a Ouzo sauce with garlic flavors. The spinach and chopped tomato offered a texture that complimented the mild ocean taste of the mussels. The plate is topped with basil and oregano to add a subtle, earthy aroma.

Grilled salmon is the focal point of this dish, sauteéd with a medley of lime, tomato, and asparagus. The drench of the orange and ouzo sauce gave a kick of aroma. It’s served alongside homemade, strained Greek yogurt.
