π Wolfgang Puck Features Flavors of Florida at Disney Springs
Disney Springsβ 4th self-guided food and beverage experience is in full swing! Flavors of Florida is occurring until September 2nd, hosting Florida dish & beverage pairings at multiple dining locations on site. We paid a visit to Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill to experience it ourselves! Check out some of our Florida flavors:
π§ Local Burrata
This dish was a Flavors of Florida feature, showcasing Burrata made in Pompeo Beach, alongside a medley of fresh peaches, prosciutto, and basil pesto atop a bed of arugula. The cheese offered a buttery, rich flavor without being overbearingly thick. The hint of sweetness from the peaches added a refreshing taste.
π₯© Steak
A 10oz. flat iron steak is the focal point of this dish, cooked Medium-Rare from a wood burning grill. The smokey flavor and juiciness of the meat was complimented by the Chimichurri sauce
π Prosciutto Pizza
This pizza pie features locally-sourced mozzarella with arugula and san daniele prosciutto sprinkled on top. Though this was not the most impressive pizza Iβve eaten, I did enjoy the matured meat flavor of the prosciutto.
π¨ Campfire Sundae
The dessert seems extremely decadent as it amalgamates cookie crunch gelato, salted caramel, marshmallows, and pretzels. The chocolate cheesecake adds to the Instagrammable aesthetic too!
This restaurant is one of the pricier food options at Disney Springs, though proves itself in its cozy vibe. The service is pronounced, with managers greeting each table. If youβre looking for an evening date spot, Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill will serve you a warm ambience and fine dining dishes.
